In the third PEI EOI draw of 2024 held on February 15, 2024, the province published 122 invitations where 1 invitee was for Business and Work permit entrepreneurs where the minimum points were 105 while 121 applicants for Labour and Express Entry were given invitations where the applicants must have their profile in the pool and at least 65 points to be eligible.

What are the Prince Edward Island PNP Eligibility Criteria?
The PEI EOI draw collects all of the relevant applicant information to rank and choose individuals who will meet Prince Edward Island's economic and labor market needs.

The eligibility criteria for the Prince Edward Island PNP are as follows:

• Applicants with a minimum point score of 65 were invited to the PEI Express Entry, Skilled Worker, and Critical Worker Streams.
• The applicant must meet the requirements for one of the Federal Economic Immigration Programs: Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, or Canadian Experience Class.

You must have worked full-time for 9 months straight with a PEI employer who supports your immigration. In addition, when you submit your Expression of Interest, you must have at least four months left on your work permit.

1. You have a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and graduated from a school other than PEI.
2. You have a spousal open work permit since your spouse studied outside PEI.
