The liberal policies, the relaxed eligibility criteria, the smooth screening process and the fast processing time make Ontario the best destination for immigrants and leave a long-lasting impression in the minds of immigrants.

To apply for Ontario PNP, you need to follow the below process steps.

If you are not sure whether you qualify or not, please be wise to call our immigration expert at  750 383 2132 / 928 928 9006 for professional advice.

2. Create an Express Entry Profile:
The second step is to create an Express Entry profile in the Express Entry Pool authorized by IRCC, reflecting that you’re interested in migrating to Ontario.

3. Apply to be nominated by the Ontario government:
In the third step, you must receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) from the province of Ontario through the IRCC online account that you’ve created before. As soon as you receive the NOI from Ontario, you can easily apply for Ontario PNP. An NOI does not guarantee that your application will be approved. You need to prove your claims.

4. Pay the Ontario PNP fee & submit your Documents :
After you’ve been issued an NOI from the province of Ontario through your online IRCC account, you have a 45-day period to submit your documents. You must pay the Ontario PNP fees, i.e.  $1,500 or $2,000 depending upon the selected stream or  $3,500 if you have chosen the business stream.

Once you’ve submitted your application successfully without any folly, the Ontario office will assess your application against the Ontario PNP law in two parts.

a) In the first screening, Ontario will check whether your submitted application is complete or not; if your application is incomplete or incorrect, the Ontario office will return your file, and the Ontario PNP fee will not be refundable.

b)If you passed the first phase, your application needs to go through a quality check & credentials verification. If the Ontario PNP officer finds any ground to believe that your claims are inaccurate, your application will be refused, and you will be banned from re-applying for the next five years.

If you assessed positive, you would get the Ontario nomination approved; now, you can claim an additional CRS 600 score.

5.
Apply to the CIC  for permanent residence:
You must apply for permanent residence through the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).
